RETURN OR EXCHANGE

We do not offer any exchange or return on customized orders. We can only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions –

• An incorrect product has been shipped to you, that is, the product does not match your item in the order confirmation email.
• If the product you receive is damaged or faulty.
• If there are any other reasons leading to a return of the product (wrong shipping address entered or no one to take delivery despite repeated attempts), we will treat it on its merit on a case-by-case basis.

Please write to us at labeliris.designs.com within 48 hours of the delivery. 

All products should be returned with the tags intact & in their original packaging, in an unwashed & undamaged condition. Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a confirmation email for your return. If the product passes the quality check, you will be given a credit note for the refund amount within 7-15 working days.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you would like to cancel your order, kindly get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing the order at bairagi.designs@gmail.com. If 24 hours go by since your purchase, you’ll not be able to cancel your order or get a refund. If your cancellation is approved, then your refund will be processed in the same mode as received within 7-15 working days.
